Heartland Clinics of America and Innovia Life are proud to announce a new partnership to provide more healthcare services and support for managed care members in rural communities and other areas.
Heartland Clinics is already starting to serve rural populations in New Mexico with mobile clinics for specialty services and an innovative blend of telehealth capabilities. Beginning with an initial managed care population, the demand for services has spread into other areas and payer networks. Similar relationships and mobile clinics are already targeted for more states and rapid growth for 2025.
One key element is to be able to continue supporting people in rural populations when there are no in-person services available and no need for an official telehealth visit. This is where Innovia Life comes in. Not only will the members have access to a wide variety of virtual support groups and facilitator sessions in the areas of health & wellness, mental health & recovery, and work & personal relationships, but Innovia will also be creating groups based on the needs of the populations. These can include support for dealing with chronic conditions, to address loneliness, and many other topics.
By providing continuous access to subclinical support like Innovia Life provides, we help payers save money while helping to improve the overall health of the population as well.
We are very excited about this opportunity to work with managed care populations through our contract with Heartland Clinics of America, and we are grateful for the chance to help make a difference in the lives of people we serve together.
