Acquiring Emotional Stability

In this group we will look at the nature of emotions that destabilize and even paralyze us from experiencing a vibrant life. We will discuss the origin and process of feelings with the goal of discovering insights that will help us manage them. – Hosted by Mayer Harris

Align & Rejuvenate: Enhancing Posture, Flexibility, and Mental Well-being through Stretching

10:30 – 11:30 am EST

Welcome to Align & Rejuvenate, a transformative stretch class designed specifically for adults seeking to improve their posture, flexibility, and mental health. In this class, we focus on the integration of mindful stretching techniques to bring harmony to the body, increase flexibility, and promote a positive state of mind.

Participants will go through a series of targeted stretches, gentle movements, and mindful breathing exercises. By combining these elements, participants can cultivate better posture, enhance flexibility, and experience the mental and emotional benefits that arise from nurturing the mind-body connection.
Tapping for Overwhelm: Relax, Restore, Resolve

12:00 pm – 12:30 pm EST (2nd & 4th Tuesdays)

Join us to experience relief from anxiety as well as learning how to eliminate anxiety on your own. This is an experiential group where we will use EFT Tapping to practice eliminating stress and distress from your body, emotions and mind.

Tapping can be used in very simple forms to achieve dramatic results. Common results include deep calm, reduction or elimination of stress and distress and optimized performance in academics, athletics, career and relationships.

You are welcome to process your experience with Tapping in group out loud or silently and to share as much or as little as you choose. Come for support and leave with a new, life-changing skill.  – Hosted by Melissa Lester, LCSW

Divorce Support Group

Peer Check-In

This nonclinical space is facilitated by those with lived experience navigating mental health struggles, peer supporters. In this space we take turns checking in whether it be a win, a tangent about cats, or something you are struggling with. After sharing, attendees can say that they just wanted to vent or can open the floor for feedback and/or advice. There is no pressure to share to attend. You are welcome to have your camera off or to use the chat to communicate. This is a LGBTQ+ led group, the space welcomes those 18+ of all backgrounds that are welcoming of our space’s communal comfort agreement. – Hosted by Peer Support Space

Transforming Anger: A Journey of Self-Discovery and Growth
