This nonclinical space is facilitated by those with lived experience navigating mental health struggles, peer supporters. In this space we take turns checking in whether it be a win, a tangent about cats, or something you are struggling with. After sharing, attendees can say that they just wanted to vent or can open the floor for feedback and/or advice. There is no pressure to share to attend. You are welcome to have your camera off or to use the chat to communicate.
